Technology division of SAY TO PAY s.r.o.
AIBlab is the AI R&D division of SAY TO PAY s.r.o., focused exclusively on building secure, responsible AI infrastructure for education, child safety, and public use.
Every product we ship is designed with EU AI Act and GDPR compliance as a hard requirement — not a checklist item. We believe safe AI and useful AI are not in tension; one enables the other.
EU AI Act by Design
Every product is architected around EU AI Act requirements from day one — not retrofitted. High-risk AI use cases in education are handled with Article 28b compliance baked in.
Privacy-first Architecture
Conversations are encrypted per-tenant with AES-256. No data leaves the EU. 5-year audit logs are stored in Supabase eu-central-1 with S3 archival.
Fail-Closed Safety
AIBguard operates on a fail-closed principle: if the safety audit encounters an error, the response is blocked. Safety is never degraded — it either passes or stops.
Child Protection Core
No child ever needs to create an account. Crisis detection is integrated at the infrastructure level, not the application level, so it cannot be bypassed.
"I Am Your AIB"
by Jay J. Springpeace
A first-person exploration of artificial intelligence's future role in society. The book examines what it means for humans to coexist with AI systems that are increasingly embedded in daily life — in schools, homes, and public institutions.
Written to make AI literacy accessible to everyone, from policymakers to parents to the young people who will grow up alongside these technologies.
